Product Safety Consulting, Inc. (PSC) faced a growing need for comprehensive training to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills required to meet evolving regulatory standards in their respective industries. I was tasked with creating a dynamic training program, "Compliance 101," to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of product safety compliance and its practical applications. The team at PSC and I collaborated and meticulously crafted a curriculum covering regulatory frameworks, risk assessment, quality control, documentation, and ethical considerations. They integrated industry-specific insights to engage learners effectively, ensuring that the content was both informative and practical.

This resulted in the "Compliance 101" course successfully transforming participants into knowledgeable, compliance-savvy professionals. Graduates emerged with a solid grasp of product safety regulations, equipped to mitigate risks and uphold quality standards, and received a certificate to validate their expertise, ultimately strengthening Compliance 101's reputation and industry impact.
