I designed and developed interactive, click-through quick guides for our internal employee help center to support customer support specialists. These guides streamlined access to standard processes and procedures related to ticket submission and tier 1 support, allowing team members to quickly reference key steps without disrupting their workflow. The goal was to reduce response time, improve consistency, and make critical information more accessible at the moment of need.
