Project Overview

"Coffee Menu Mastery" is a responsive, mobile micro-learning solution designed to enable customers to make informed decisions when ordering coffee. Customers can learn to confidently differentiate between various coffee selections so they can familiarize themselves with the menu while they wait in line, and receive a discounted coffee for completion. This incentivized solution provides succinct explanations, brief knowledge checks for reinforcement, personalized learning paths, and assessments to track participation. Coffee Menu Mastery aims to reduce wait times and order remakes, ensure a more satisfying customer experience, and overall improve customer retention and increase sales.
